Connect Activity
Connect activities get students ready to learn. Choose one or two of the activities below to introduce this week’s lesson.
Review Questions: Fulfilled
(5–8 minutes, easy set-up)
Students will answer five review questions from the previous lesson.
Drama: In the Creator's Image
(5–10 minutes, easy set-up)
Students will watch a drama about humanity being made in the image of God.
Especially for the Younger Students: Creative Character

Students will draw a picture of what they think happiness looks like.
Especially for Older Students: Evolutionary Debate

Students will hold a comical debate to illustrate God’s role as Creator.
Explore Activity
Explore activities lead students to study Scripture. Teach the Key Study to focus on the Biblical Truth. If you choose, support the Key Study with one or two of the following activities.
Key Study: Relationships of Creation

Students will study Genesis 1:1–2, 1:26–31, and Hebrews 11:3 to understand God’s role as Creator.
