Overview
At the top of Mount Sinai, God provided Moses with provisions for the Israelites to dwell with Him. Meanwhile, at the bottom of the mountain, the Israelites turned away from God to make an idol. God hates idolatry because it robs Him of his glory and enslaves His children. To free us from our own idolatries, God sent His only Son Jesus Christ.

- Praise God for the atoning and mediating work of His Son. Ask Him to help you and your church love Jesus more than the gifts that He gives us.
