Are there any limits to what God can or cannot do?
God is not limited by anything.
Our minds instinctively impose limits on concepts because we are accustomed to operating within limits. When we drive we are, in theory, operating under speed limits. When we are at work or school there are limitations to what we can spend our time on. We even impose limitations on relationships, granting some people rights or privileges that we do not grant others. The biblical concept of God is problematic when approached with a limitation mindset. Throughout Scripture, God is presented as not limited by any means. He transcends or possesses all time, space, knowledge, power, goodness and a host of other concepts and attributes. God is infinite in the purest sense of the word.
