Toddler: Treasure Verse Learning Activity

Today’s Treasure verse is Joshua 24:15b: “But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.” Encourage the children to join you as you teach them the hand motions below. Be sure to repeat the verse at least three or four times to help the children learn the words and the motions.

• Use your thumbs to point to your chest as you say, “But as for me.”
• Press the tips of your fingers together to create the shape of a roof as you say, “And my house.”
• Hold your arms in front of your waist with the palms up as if you are holding a serving tray as you say, “We will serve.”
• Point upward as you say, “The LORD (Joshua 24:15b).”
