Clay Farrington loves working with students to help them become lifelong disciples of Jesus and to live out that faith in practical ways here and now. He enjoys virtually everything that happens outdoors - from hiking to fishing to most sports that end in ball. After earning a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering from Auburn University and working as an engineer in Huntsville, AL for a short time, Clay quit his job to pursue God's call on his life. He got his master's of divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary and now serves as the Youth and Associate Pastor at Calera First United Methodist Church. Clay and his beautiful wife, Leigh Ann, live in the country about thirty minutes south of Birmingham with their two sons, Robert and Mac, their daughter Charlie, a dog named Butter and a handful of chickens.

Monte Erwin completed a second master's degree in ESL/International from the University of Alabama at Birmingham while teaching ESL to a diverse group of international students at Gadsden State Community College, Alabama's oldest ESL program. His heart and passion has always been for the peoples of the world. If he can't live overseas, working with internationals in this capacity is the next best thing. He’s also the worship pastor for Concord Baptist Church in Concord, Alabama. In the past, he’s served as international missionary, a minister of music/missions in Oklahoma, and an editor for Student Life Bible Study. Monte and his wife Janet have two sons.

Sean Bess enjoys long books, long runs, and traveling abroad. He has taken three trips to Paris, and it's far and away his favorite city in the world. He studied creative writing at The University of Alabama at Birmingham and Biblical studies/general education at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Sean and his wife, Sydney, live in Nashville, Tennessee.
