Dr. Margie Williamson
has served as a writer and editor, seminary professor, associational worker, and minister’s wife. She began writing in 1982 and has written Bible studies and devotions, Christian magazine articles, a training book for teachers of teenagers, academic articles, textbook chapters, and a dissertation. She completed two degrees at the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary—a master’s and a Ph.D. in Christian Education. She worked for Clarity Publishing from 2007-2010 as the Executive Editor of LifeBibleStudy for adults. Currently, she works as an editor of the adult Bible study curriculum at Life Bible Study. Her favorite thing to do each week is to teach a senior adult Bible study. Margie and her husband, Bob, have two amazing children, two incredible grandchildren, and one dog.

Benjie Shaw
graduated with a Masters of Divinity from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He has written teaching plans and commentaries for Life Bible Study and his blog is featured at Job 31 Ministries. Benjie is passionate about studying the original language of the Bible as a way of connecting to God’s Word. He also loves helping young adults on their discipleship journeys. Benjie brings his love for God’s Scripture, young adults, and discipleship to his lessons and to his work. Benjie currently serves as the campus minister with the Baptist Collegiate Ministry at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. Roberta Watson
has worked with StudentLife Bible Study and LifeBibleStudy as a writer and editor since 2004. As a free-lance writer, she specializes in adult and youth Bible studies. She has served the local church in Sunday School, Discipleship, and Women’s Ministry as well as her state convention and local association as a conference speaker, trainer, and education director. She holds a Master of Arts in Christian Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, where she has served as an Adjunct Professor at the North Georgia campus. She and her husband, Todd, have two adult children. Katie is an elementary school teacher who married her high-school sweetheart Travis. Will is working while pursuing his BBA. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, knitting, and traveling.
