Provide index cards and pens
Distribute an index card and pen to each learner. Instruct learners to write one personal thing about themselves on the index cards without giving their names. After a minute, collect the index cards. Read each card and invite learners to guess whose card you have. Then allow the correct learner to identify their card. Continue this with each of the index cards.
When the process has been completed, discuss: How well do you know each other in this room? Were you surprised by some of the comments? Explain that today’s lesson will lead learners to discover how intimately and completely God knows them.
