Learners will use a beach ball to help dispense words of wisdom.

Write the letters of the alphabet at random spots on an inflated beach ball.
Arrange chairs in a circle. As this happens, encourage learners to imagine that someone younger than them has asked them for some words of wisdom. Explain that the beach ball will be tossed from learner to learner. Instruct learners to note the two letters that their hands are touching when they catch the ball, name an area of life that begins with each letter, and offer words of wisdom about those two topics. Continue until each learner has had the opportunity to give his or her words of wisdom. Then conclude the activity by saying: Today’s lesson will explain where Christians should go to get words of true wisdom.
