Lead students in a discussion about God’s purposes and plans using the following questions:
• What is God’s mission in the world?
• If this is God’s purpose in the world, what impact should it have on our lives and how we live?
• What are some things that you spend time learning during the week?
• How much time could you spend this week discovering more about God’s purpose for the world?
• If we know what God’s purpose in the world is, what should we do about gaining a greater understanding of what He’s doing around the world?
Help students understand that if they will commit themselves to studying the desires of God’s heart, they will find that their desires begin to match His and their goals become His.
