Read the story of Phil Robertson from the PDF. Then, ask: Which parts of Phil’s story stand out to you? (Ask for responses.) Name a few ways Phil's life is different now that he knows Jesus. (Ask for responses.) Then, say: Knowing what you know about Phil’s former life, do you think people doubt the sincerity of his conversion? Explain that the next few lessons focus on the Apostle Paul, who was dramatically changed by his encounter with Jesus. Say: People were skeptical about Paul’s conversion, too. But Paul’s life was radically different because of Jesus. In the next few days, we’ll learn just how different it was.
